It will ake the greater cooperation of many nations. They have to cooperate with one another to come up with greater ecomnomic solutions to the world energy problem. Countries with many high energy sources need to help the countries with less power sources. Not only oil for the short term, but alternate enery resources like solar, hydro, wind, and tidal power.
